Workshop with Tina Francis, Friends of the RBSA. Learn how to stitch your own hanging decoration using a needle and a selection of wool in your favourite colours. This workshop provides a great opportunity to learn simple hand-stitching techniques for the first time, making it suitable for all abilities and ideal for beginners.

This workshop is suitable for all abilities, including those who are new to working in clay.This workshop is suitable for all abilities, great for a play-date and provides simple creative ideas that can be used back at home. Ages 5 – 14 – must be accompanied by an adult.
Get involved as a participant, audience member and a creator. There is space for 8 children per workshop.
This workshop is part of our Family Friendly workshop programme. There is a different workshop each month.

About the RBSA
The Royal Birmingham Society of Artists (RBSA) is an artist-led charity which supports artists and promotes engagement with the visual arts through a range of inclusive activities: exhibitions, workshops and demonstrations.
The Society owns and runs its own exhibition venue, the RBSA Gallery, located just off St Paul’s Square, near Birmingham’s historic jewellery quarter and a short walk from the city centre. Admission to all our exhibitions is free and we look forward to welcoming you to the Gallery.
