BE Next is an opportunity to learn theatre and dance skills by creating a performance in a week with international artists.
You will get the chance to have your say and give your creative ideas to make a performance with the group. You will meet new people, learn new skills and have fun. You will also gain a nationally recognised qualification with Arts Award. BE Next is aimed at young people aged 14-19 who speak English as an additional language.
BE Next is a series of week- long projects. You do need to commit to the full week, but you don’t have to come to every project week in the year, although you are welcome to if you wish. 2016 dates are:
12th to 19th February
17th to 25th June
22nd to 29th October
5-8pm on school days & 11am-5pm on weekends and during half term.
February and October sessions will be held at mac Birmingham and June sessions at The REP.
These sessions are FREE but must be booked up to two weeks in advance!
